1、 Design phase

Requirement analysis: Firstly, conduct a requirement analysis for mold design based on factors such as specifications, performance requirements, and production batch size of the multi wedge belt product.

Structural design: Based on the results of requirement analysis, design the structure of the mold. This includes determining the shape, size, parting surface position, gate and exhaust system layout of the mold cavity.

Material selection: Choose suitable mold materials based on the usage environment and requirements of the mold. Multi wedge strip molds are often made of materials such as steel and aluminum alloys, which have good wear resistance, corrosion resistance, and thermal stability.

2、 Manufacturing stage

4、 Special craftsmanship

Reverse molding method: Reverse molding is commonly used in the production of multi wedge belt molds. This method involves first attaching a film to the forming drum and winding it with a rope, and then placing the formed strip together with the forming drum into a vulcanization tank for vulcanization. After vulcanization is completed, the strip blank is cut and wedged to form a multi wedge strip shape.

This method involves placing the mixed rubber into a mold and using a compression molding machine for compression molding.
